Announcement for QuarkChain (QKC) Buyback Program Progress

Last week, QuarkChain team launched an up to $25 million USD equivalent QKC buyback program to show our long-term commitment to the project. At present, the first phase of the $1 million USD buyback progress has been completed, with a total amount of 70 million QKC.
